Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables (frozen)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick butter (dot on top before baking)
Preparation
    Put 1 cup cheese in casserole and reserve 1/2 cup to melt on top during last 5 to 10 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients together; bake until bubbly, 30 to 45 minutes, at 325\u00b0.
    Use 12 x 7-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
