Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine pineapple with juice, instant pudding, and sour cream. fill a baked 9-inch pie shell with above mixture and cover. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
