Macaroni And Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni (chili mac, elbows)
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions in salted water.
    Drain, but save 1 cup of the cooking water.
    Put drained macaroni back into pot and add Ricotta and lots of pepper.
    If too dry, add some of the cooking water.
    Serve while hot.
