Macho Nacho Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 large can refried beans
1 can chopped green chilies
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. taco sauce
1/4 green onion, chopped
1 can sliced black olives
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Crumble and brown beef.
Add onion, salt and pepper.
Spread beans in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with beef and sprinkle with chilies. Cover this with cheese and drizzle with taco sauce.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle black olives and chopped green onions over top.
Spoon sour cream on top also.
Add guacamole to top in addition to sour cream, if desired. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
This is a flexible dip that you can add or subtract from as you prefer.
