Stuffed Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 onion (small), chopped fine
    2 stalks celery
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter or cooking oil.
    In medium bowl, beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Stir in the sauteed celery and onion.
    You may put in crab shells if you have them.
    If not, spray cookie sheet with Pam and form in 1/2 cup patties.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
