Cheese Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 1/2 c. zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; set aside for garnish. Saute onion and pepper in bacon fat until tender.
    Add zucchini, pimiento, water and salt.
    Cover; bring to boil.
    Turn down to simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
