Tom Thumb Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Spry
    1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, coarsely cut
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Combine Spry and salt.
    Add sugar and cream thoroughly.
    Add flour and blend.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan (greased).
    Pack mixture with a spoon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until delicately browned.
