Baked Ham And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large smoked ham (Lee or Gwaltney)
    2 c. rice or more
Preparation
    Remove wrapping from ham and rinse.
    Trim if needed.
    Place in roaster and cover.
    Place in preheated oven (500\u00b0) for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and continue baking for 2 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven and pour rice around ham and mix in broth.
    Cover and return to oven for maybe 45 minutes or until rice is done.
    Slice ham and serve.
