Scalloped Ham, Potatoes And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. sliced ham or 1 can luncheon meat
1 onion, minced
4 to 6 Irish potatoes
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. sweet milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Put ham in bottom of dish. Top with onion and potatoes, then half of the flour, salt, pepper and cheese.
Repeat all ingredients.
Heat milk with butter and rest of flour and pour over all.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, then 30 minutes, uncovered, with catsup.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
