Chocolate Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. (about) hot water
Preparation
    Heat chocolate and butter over low heat until melted.
    Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in water one teaspoon at a time until glaze is desired consistency.
    Glazes one 8 or 9-inch layer.
