Mexican Chicken Legs(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken legs
    1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Rinse 6 chicken legs with cold water.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
    Put seasoning mix on large plate.
    Roll legs in mix. Place on a microwave roasting rack.
    Have fat part of leg turned toward outside.
    The chicken should be arranged to look like the spokes on a bicycle wheel.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 8 to 11 minutes.
    They are done when the juices are clear as the chicken is pierced with a fork.
    Sprinkle with cheese; return to microwave for 45 seconds on High.
