Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli
    10 slices crisp bacon
    5 chopped scallions
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and drain broccoli.
    Cut into small pieces.
    (I used just florets.)
    Add scallions and raisins.
    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar for dressing.
    Pour over broccoli mixture and refrigerate. (Can be made up to 10 hours before serving.)
    Add bacon just before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
