King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked, cubed
1/4 c. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 can (10 3/4-oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4-oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 small can evaporated milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10-oz.) Ro-Tel, hot or mild
Large bag of corn chips or 12 corn tortillas torn into bite-size pieces
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in margarine in large saucepan. Add soups, milk, chicken and Ro-Tel to onion and pepper mixture. In a 13X9-inch baking pan, layer starting with corn chips, chicken mixture, cheese; repeat for three layers. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
