Cream Of Squash Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 yellow squash or green zucchini
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 c. strong chicken broth (2 cubes bouillon)
6 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
-
Saute squash (peeled and cubed) in butter with onion and garlic.
Add seasonings.
Cook until soft.
Pour squash mixture into blender with chicken broth and puree.
Pour mixture back into pan and add milk.
Heat to a boil.
Enjoy!
