Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla
3 large apples, cut into small pieces
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
Sift together the flour, salt and soda.
Add to oil mixture.
Add vanilla.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Bake in a tube pan or 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
