Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick oleo
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 heaping tsp. flour
1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation

To potatoes, add oleo and sugar. Beat eggs and add all other ingredients. Mix into potatoes. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
