Lemon Delicacy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar gradually and cream.
    Add beaten egg yolks, flour, lemon juice and rind.
    Add milk and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour in greased baking dish; set in pan of hot water.
    Bake in slow oven (350\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
