Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1 lb. pecans
1 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat egg white and water in a bowl.
Add pecans and mix until all are coated.
Mix in small bowl, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Dump into nut mixture and stir until all are coated.
Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
