Noodle Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. processed cheese (pasteurized)
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1 c. broken noodles, cooked and rinsed
    1 (16 oz.) can English peas
Preparation
    Melt
    butter,
    milk and cheese in saucepan.
    Add onion, parsley,
    pimentos and bread crumbs.
    Stir.
    Add a little warm mixture
    to
    beaten
    eggs; slowly add eggs to mixture and cook until
    thick.
    Fold in cooked noodles. Pour into buttered ring mold
    or
    an
    8 x 12-inch casserole.
    Let set at room temperature. Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for
    30
    minutes.
    Cool and turn out of mold. Serve with English peas in center of mold.
