Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large or 12 medium egg whites (at room temperature)
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until peaks form.
    Add vanilla.
    Slowly add sugar until stiff peaks form.
    In separate bowl, sift together the flour and powdered sugar.
    Fold this into the egg white mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 or 45 minutes in an ungreased tube pan.
