Double Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O chocolate flavor pudding and pie filling (not instant)
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 to 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 prepared 9-inch pie shell (graham cracker)
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine pie filling and milk in a saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture begins to simmer.
    Add butter and chocolate chips.
    Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full boil and all chips are melted.
    Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
    Pour into pie shell and chill.
    (Cover with plastic wrap.)
    Generously spread Cool Whip before serving.
