Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) unsweetened apple juice (undiluted)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 to 4 packets Equal sweetener or to taste
double pie crust (8 or 9-inch)
6 c. sliced apples
Preparation

In saucepan, mix apple juice, flour and cinnamon.
Cook until thickened.
Stir in sweetener.
Pour into pie shell and fill with apples; stir slightly.
Cover with second pie shell; cut vents. Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is golden.
May sprinkle crust with cinnamon before baking.
