Crisp Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift flour; add shortening and salt.
    Blend until like coarse meal.
    Add egg, water and vinegar.
    Press together; do not knead. Makes 4 crusts.
    Stor in refrigerator until needed.
