Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    15 oz. Raisin Bran
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    3 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or microwave.
    Batter keeps up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
