Sauerkraut Dish - cooking recipe

4 c. diced potatoes
1 large can kraut
1 pkg. wieners
1 c. mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cube them; boil until soft.
Mash in a 13 x 9-inch buttered baking dish.
Mix kraut, mushroom soup and mayonnaise together.
Cut wieners bite size and mix with kraut. Pour over mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
