1 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Sift
3/4 cup sugar, flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and
salt\ttogether
in
a 9-inch square pan.
Stir in milk, butter and vanilla.
Spread evenly in pan.
