Hanne'S Leftovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. leftover chicken, ham, pork or 6 oz. can white tuna
8 oz. noodles, cooked or any pasta variation
3 stalks celery
3/4 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 onion, diced
1 c. whipping cream or half and half
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt and pepper
dash of Italian seasoning
1/4 c. bell pepper (red or green; optional)
Preparation

In ovenproof pan, melt butter.
Simmer onions until glazy; add mushrooms (sliced) and celery (diced).
Add cooked pasta, whipping cream and leftover meat or tuna.
Stir and season to taste.
Top with cheese.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 3 to 4. Any type of salad is a perfect side dish.
