Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
    1 (8 oz.) frozen spinach, drain and pat dry
    1 small jar pimento, drain and pat dry
    4 (12-inch) tortilla shells
    green pepper, onions, olives or green chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread on tortilla shells; add vegetables. Roll up and refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
