Fettuccine Supreme(Only 267 Calories Per Serving) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
3 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto (Italian style ham), diced
1 garlic glove, minced
1 c. cooked chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked fettuccine
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
dash of white pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, garnish
Preparation

In blender container combine Ricotta cheese and milk and process until smooth; set aside.
In 9-inch skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add Prosciutto and garlic and saute until garlic is golden, about 1 minute.
Add broccoli and cheese mixture and cook over medium heat until sauce begins to bubble.
Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients except parsley.
Cook, stirring and tossing gently until fettuccine is thoroughly coated with sauce.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
