Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni (Garden rotino or Twist Two)
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    Italian dressing (free Italian fat-free dressing is good)
    chopped carrots (optional)
    olives (optional)
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 small onion or green onions may be used
    chopped tomatoes (optional)
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    This prevents pasta from sticking together.
    Let cool.
    Mix vegetables into macaroni using enough Italian dressing to make pasta moist.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese heavily or to taste over pasta.
    Mix well.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Better after setting for awhile.
