Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cartons plain, custard-type yogurt
    1 1/2 to 2 c. whipped cream
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/8 c. milk
    fruit (any berry is good)
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat milk and gelatin until gelatin is dissolved and smooth. Stir in yogurt and half of the whipped cream.
    Layer in parfait glasses with fruit and remaining whipped cream.
