Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 to 2 handfuls oatmeal
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    1/2 can half and half
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients by hand.
    Shape into walnut size meatballs.
    Fry on all sides until brown.
    Remove from pan, saving drippings.
    Cool drippings slightly and add soup, stirring briskly with a wire whisk.
    Stir in milk and half and half.
    Add more milk if needed to obtain a gravy.
    Return meatballs to gravy and heat through.
    Serve over egg noodles.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
