Racy Red Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple-grapefruit drink
    1/4 c. red hot cinnamon candies
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Heat 1 cup of juice.
    Add candies and sugar and stir until dissolved.
    Add remaining juice off heat.
    Allow to cool thoroughly.
    Just before serving, add ginger ale.
