Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oysters
    1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    8 Tbsp. melted butter
    oyster liquor
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and butter in a buttered casserole.
    Drain oysters.
    Put layer of oysters over crumbs.
    Alternate layer of oysters and crumbs.
    Sprinkle each layer with a little salt. (Never use more than 2 layers oysters.)
    Mix oyster liquor with the milk and cream of mushroom soup and pour over top.
    Top with buttered crumbs and bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
