Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk *
2 1/2 c. flour
6 Tbsp. cocoa (1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp.)
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Beat margarine, oil, sugar eggs, vanilla and sour milk with mixer.
Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in zucchini.
