Best Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil or melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend oil or melted butter, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs; using a spoon, beat well.
    Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually blend into egg mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan.
    Cool; frost with Creamy Brownie Frosting.
    Cut into squares. Yields about 16 brownies.
