Judy'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour (1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat)
    1/3 c. teff (optional) *
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    2 eggs
    1 cube margarine, melted
    1 c. powdered milk solids
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. honey
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    *Teff is an Ethiopian grain high in protein and calcium. Gives nice taste.
    Can be purchased at health food stores here in Moses Lake.
