Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and butter.
    Add eggs and enough water to make dough.
    On floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into strips and drop into boiling chicken broth.
