Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced fresh rhubarb
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place rhubarb in ungreased pan (10 x 6-inch).
Sprinkle with salt.
Measure sugar, flour and cinnamon into bowl.
Add margarine and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over the rhubarb.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
