Brownies For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Baker's Joy. In large mixing bowl, mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Pour into pan. Place pan on baking sheet (this protects bottom from overbaking while top bakes). Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool, then freeze for 1 hour before cutting. These brownies can be frozen and used for lunches.
