Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) bag water blanched raw peanuts
Preparation
    Combine all but nuts in large frying pan.
    Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
    Add peanuts.
    Stir constantly until nuts become light brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Quickly stir in 1 teaspoon baking soda and spread thinly on greased shallow pan.
