Lemon Lush Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 large cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine the flour, butter and nuts.
Spread them in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
Combine cream cheese (let the cream cheese warm up to room temperature), vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spread this in a layer over the crust.
Combine pudding, milk and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread this as another layer over the cream cheese layer.
Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top (you should let the Cool Whip melt a little bit so it will spread easier).
Refrigerate.
