No-Boil Tofu Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. tofu, mashed
1 jar spaghetti sauce or 2 cans plum tomatoes
Parmesan cheese (soy or regular)
salt
pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spread spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan (generously).
Layer with noodles that have been dipped in bowl of water.
Spread with mashed tofu.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Top with more tomato sauce and continue until the pan is full, ending with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
(Be very generous with liquid, as noodles will absorb during baking.)
