White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat margarine in saucepan over low heat until melted.
    Stir in baking mix, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Makes about 1 cup sauce.
