Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (4 oz.) whole Ortega chilies
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. grated Jack cheese
Preparation
    Remove seed from chilies and spread flat in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with cheese.
    In bowl, beat eggs, add milk and then blend in Bisquick.
    Pour this mixture over cheese and chilies.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut in squares to serve.
