Scrambled Zucchini And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
2 to 3 slices Swiss cheese
pepper to taste
Preparation

Pan-fry zucchini in butter until tender; add eggs, milk and pepper.
Scramble until mixture is dry.
Add cheese and cook until it is melted.
