Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
garlic salt to taste
2 potatoes, quartered
3 carrots, quartered
1/2 head cabbage
1 can green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook on top of stove.
Melt margarine in skillet and add onion and celery.
Cook until glazed, but not browned.
Add ground beef and garlic salt and simmer until done.
