Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small mushrooms
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    garlic salt or powder to taste
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 medium size red onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and clean mushrooms.
    Slice red onion thin and break into rings.
    Put layer of mushrooms, onion and spices; repeat. Sprinkle sugar.
    Add oil and vinegar.
    Let set 3 days in refrigerator.
    Do not use metal container.
