Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Sift and set aside flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
Cream butter, oil and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time; beat well after each addition.
Blend together vanilla and buttermilk and add alternately with dry ingredients to egg and sugar mixture.
Stir in grated zucchini.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Cool in pan; cut in squares.
