Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
    2 lb. chicken, skinned
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients together.
    Mix well.
    In a separate bowl
    add
    buttermilk.
    Dip
    chicken
    pieces
    into buttermilk and then into batter.
    Place into a foil lined cake pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake
    at
    400\u00b0
    for 45 minutes. Remove from oven; uncover.
    Pour melted butter over chicken.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, uncovered.
